Update on Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinics
Due to budget constraints, Halfway Home Pet Rescue is re-evaluating our ability to continue public low-cost spay/neuter clinics. This winter, we will review funding options and explore possible alternatives.
Low-income families eligible for the state Help Fix Me vouchers are encouraged to email norma@halfwayhomepetrescue.org with a copy of their proof of benefits attached. If funding allows, HHPR may be able to transport some eligible cats downstate in our van for sterilization. Please note that this is not guaranteed at this time.
This opportunity is only available to low-income families and will proceed only if at least 20 eligible Help Fix Me families apply.
