Philip is a 12 plus year (ish) yellow and white male who came to us listed as a feral cat. He had lived 12 years under a house crawlspace having arrived as a young adult. Philip spent the 12 year being fed by the elderly home owner who could not get near him. He spent his time roaming the neighbor and impregnating every female cat within several blocks. All his babies came out as another little Philip. The lady finally was able to trap him and deliver Philip to HHPR.
We realized that Philip was not feral but had his own idea of where he wanted to live. Because of his very cloudy eyes we immediately checked for his vision which the specialist said was caused by an untreated injury in his youth. We also found out the Philip is a diabetic. Philip rapidly showed signs of being the very best cat anyone could hope to adopt and Philip soon chose to be fostered by the R. L. Todd Electrical Co. in Caribou.
He has his own desk, supervises all the employees, keeps bookkeeper Amy’s desk cleared of work and currently is working hard at clearing off Tim’s desk as well and in addition he personally greets all customers. Drop in to meet Philip at the Todd business on South Maine St. in Caribou.
